We are planning a Fly-in to Telluride Colorado on March 2nd to the 4th. Anyone interested in this please call Seosamh at Angel City Fliers (562-366-4806) to sign up for the trip. The trip starts at 8am on Wednesday 2nd with a group briefing for wheels up at 9am. We will spend two nights in Telluride and depart early afternoon on Friday. This will give the hardcore skiers/boarders the opportunity for an extra half day on the slopes.
Flight time to Telluride is approximately 3hours 40minutes in the DA42, 4 hours 15 mins in the DA40. Those coming from the East or other areas than the LA/ Long Beach area can plan on meeting at either Telluride Regional (KTEX) http://www.tellurideairport.com/ or Montrose Airport (KMTJ) http://www.montrosecounty.net/index.aspx?NID=194 depending on weather. We will have transportation available from the airport to lodging. This should be a fun trip. Get those skis and snowboards waxed.
